Jay entered the infirmary and looked around for a minute. Behind him was Guy, who looked like he was about to crumple up and die. He had been trying to hide it, but unfortunately for him Jay was a medic. He was used to looking for symptoms, especially those that are hidden. It was actually very emphasized in medical school -- sometimes the patient wasn't always truthful and sometimes a doctor would need to take extra precautions when things didn't add up.
He turned around and leaned on one of the counters as Guy entered. "So, first off, what have your symptoms been and how long have they been going on?" he asked.
