A river runs through the city of Nonsirrah. It bridges the Old and New halves of the city, and connects the Material World to ones far stranger. It is a city where Evils lurk in the Cracks between the buildings, and wonders hide behind Glamours. It is a city contested by the forces of Light and Dark, The Ever Green and the Undead, the Casters and Created. All sides struggling to claim their place in the city, while remaining loyal to their own.
The only neutral party, which any could call upon for aid, are the Piece Keepers. A group drafted by Unseeable forces by blood, merit, and means to take up the mantle and protect the Balance of Nonsirrah.
And they are all dead, making room for the next generation to take their places.
The Heir.
The Mage.
The Slayer.
The Rook.

PIece Keepers, is a web novel I've been working on in the years. I guess the first short version existed in '08 when I was graduating high school, it existed in the back burner of by brain until my second year of college when I teamed up with a Tabletop Gaming group and got the gumption to turn it into a game, which helped flesh out more than half the cast and some of the story.
So yeah, give it a look. Updates are daily and I've got a decent buffer built up.
